VPICX, one week!

As Jon commented, the week after Replan/Conade was really intense! So many information, new perspectives and personal goals to be also REPLANned!

WOW, it seems the elections and that cold water throwed over my head in that (even colder) night was yesteday and we're here, 10 months after! Many experiences, many challenges (thousands of e-mails) and GREAT PEOPLE joining it! OK, just a little reflection...


Along the week I've had coaching meetings with Adri, Otávio, Praveen and Rodrigo, the ICX coordinators, many thing tu discuss with REPLAN and the whole teams getting back from vacations!

The next EduAction team is now borning and ready to receive Damla and Lauren on the weekend and the Service & Quality Team getting prepared to a "new wave" of trainees! For this wave not to finish, the Sales & Match Team keeps running for new opportunities!

On wednesday, before EB meeting a short meeting with Estefânia. The EB meeting, was very intense, with visits of OC 40 years, Psel, Mkt and Fin Teams. After it I've gone to the Sales & Match Team happy hour, waited for many weeks to celebrate the last great achievements!

On Thursday Joana left us and also Elvia on Saturday! This week will be Sandra! Amazing girls! Thank you for everything! \o/



On saturday we've had the Ladership Team meeting and it was very good to, after knowing better each other with the dynamic Lu proposed, discuss our points of view regarding how teams are working now and how can we improve our sinergy!


Today (Tuesday) I've participated of the AIESEC in Salvador ICX's Team Days on a sales session. It was amazing to feel how we can have a greater impact interacting with other LCs, changing ideas as the big network we are!
